Looking to Michael Gelman she refers to the “long spine” movement. Furthermore, Kelly Ripa adds, “I was doing that, and I guess I threw my legs over with too much ferocity, and I almost flipped all the way back off the machine.” Although Mark Consuelos was initially grateful he wasn’t to blame for the injury, he quickly wished he was. When hearing the ins and outs of his wife’s movements, he was ready to try it again with her.

Mark Consuelos said, “On second thought, maybe I wish I was involved in that. The way you’re describing this move. This move is fascinating to me… I want to do short spine this weekend!” Then, she responds, “Short spine is great, but long spine is hard. And I did it with too much zeal because part of my personality disorder is that I think I’m an expert immediately after I try something once.” Mark jokes, “Gotta be careful with the ‘pie-lates.’”
