General Hospital Thursday, December 12 Recap: Tracy Plays Drew & Willow’s Cheating Tape To All – Ava Goes Bankrupt
General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Thursday, December 12, reveals that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue) were sharing a meal at Café Cherie when Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) interrupted to push their buttons.
After Ric and Ava decided to go somewhere else, Sonny quizzed Natalia about her troubled relationship with her children and said it was never too late to make things right.
Sonny also hinted about the cost of a lengthy custody battle with Ava and suggested they’d be at it until they were bankrupt.
At the Port Charles Grill, Ava and Ric enjoyed a flirty dinner before Ava insisted it was her treat.
Unfortunately, Ava’s card was declined – and then Ric got a notification on his phone about her check bouncing.
The waiter insisted Ava needed to destroy her card as she sat there looking baffled by the insufficient funds.
At the Quartermaine gatehouse, Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) kept stalling with instructions for the babysitter since she wasn’t eager to head to the Quartermaine holiday party.
Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) was grateful for the invite, but she knew things would be difficult for Willow with Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) there.
Nina said she’d support Willow no matter what she decided, but Willow insisted she was going to give the kids a good Christmas.
In the Quartermaine kitchen, Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) was searching for prenatal vitamins on her tablet when Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) came along and saw it.
Carly asked who was pregnant, but Sasha played it off like the wrong thing came up while looking for multivitamins.
Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) was irritated once Drew arrived at the bash, so he wound up sneaking off to the kitchen with Sasha for a bit.
That’s when Michael admitted he was going to tell Willow he cheated on her and level the playing field, but he promised to keep Sasha’s name out of it and just claim it was a random hookup.
Drew found himself gravitating to Willow and talked about not being able to give Scout Quartermaine (Abinante Cosette) the Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) reunion she wanted for Christmas.
Willow knew it was hard when you couldn’t give someone what they wanted.
Nina eventually pulled Drew into the foyer and ranted at him for not leaving Willow alone.
Drew argued that he was trying to get Willow’s help with Scout, so Nina thought he was disgusting for using his grieving daughter to get close to Willow.
However, Drew knew Nina wasn’t going to do anything about it and sauntered back into the living room to rejoin Willow.
Carly picked up on the tension between Willow and Michael, so she tried to quiz Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero).
Olivia was quick to wiggle out of the conversation since she didn’t want to spill anything about Willow and Drew.
At GH, Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) got a visit from Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner), who was impressed over how upbeat he seemed after getting attacked.
Dex was fine with being injured doing a job he was proud of – unlike when he was injured working for Sonny.
Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) also spoke to Dex over the phone, so they playfully fake argued about PCU’s big game before she promised to bring him some popovers Sasha made.
Later, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) was at the nurses’ desk talking with Felicia when a patient’s monitors went nuts and alerted them to someone in distress.
Since the PCU game was in progress, Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) wanted to watch it on the big screen.
The cable was out, but Michael eventually streamed it through his phone so they could all still watch.
Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) wasn’t happy about that, but she was outnumbered.
Even so, Tracy ultimately declared that the game was giving her a headache, so she snatched up Michael’s phone and tried to turn it off.
That led to Tracy accidentally pulling up the video of Drew and Willow getting passionate in the playroom – right there on the TV for all the guests to see! Michael was left squirming as everyone else reacted in shock.
At Charlie’s Pub, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) gave Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) updates on Sonny making her the new owner.
Kristina thought it was the perfect opportunity for reinvention.
Talk turned to TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) and Molly Lansing-Davis’ (Kristen Vaganos) breakup, which Alexis said happened because of the child they lost and how they couldn’t grieve the same way.
Kristina acted like Molly would’ve split from TJ anyway and thought Molly should want Ava to pay.
Although Alexis insisted Kristina needed Molly, Kristina got emotional and argued that Sam was the sister she needed right now.
Alexis thought Sam would want Kristina to apologize to Molly, but Kristina refused.
Despite Alexis’ disagreement with Kristina, she offered a hug and made it clear that Kristina would never lose her mother.
General Hospital spoilers say Alexis will remain caught in the middle of her daughters, so we’ll pass along more predictions on any bad news that’s still to come.
