Diana Cruz is one of the newest cast members to join Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 5, and there is a lot to know about her. The season began with a mostly new crew for Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 5; the only returning cast members are Chief Stew Daisy Kelliher, First Mate Gary King, and Captain Glenn Shephard. The three of them have been on the show since season 2 and have developed a close friendship. The other newbies, like Diana, include Chef Cloyce Martin, Chief Engineer Davide Morosi, Deckhands Keith Allen and Emma Crouch, and Stew Danni Warren.
One integral part of the team is missing from the Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 5 cast. That person is Chief Engineer Colin Macrae. Colin, along with Daisy and Gary, joined the show at the same time during season 2. They developed a very close friendship, evidenced by their love triangle last season and a selling part for the show. Now that Colin is no longer there and a new crew, including Diana, is on board, Below Deck Sailing Yacht definitely has a new vibe to it. Diana and the rest of the crew could be the future of Below Deck Sailing Yacht.

Since Diana is a stew on Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 5, that means she works as a stew. Even some of her older Instagram posts show Diana on boats, even at the wheel of some of them.
