Kelly Ripa Flaunts Photos From Mark Consuelos’ “First Ever Nude Photoshoot” — Including Her “Unauthorized” Screensaver
Kelly Ripa got the chance to toot Mark Consuelos‘ horn on Friday’s Live with Kelly and Mark.
Ripa gushed that her husband and co-host “has had quite a month,” highlighting his recent victory as People‘s Sexiest TV Host while revealing another feat of his.
“I don’t know if you remember a few weeks ago, I mentioned that he was quite cranky because he hadn’t had carbs,” she shared. “Do you remember this? When I was talking about Mark’s lack of carbs and how it was affecting our marriage?”
It turns out that said lack of carbs was in preparation to become “the first ever Stuart Weitzman Men’s Global Brand Ambassador,” which Ripa eagerly announced on this morning’s show. She then treated viewers to some pictures from the photoshoot, which feature Consuelos donning the brand’s boots and not much other clothing.
“Believe it or not, this man is selling shoes! That’s right, shoes,” she quipped. “I was like, ‘What? Are there shoes involved in this?’”
Ripa showed the audience a picture of Consuelos in nothing but underwear and boots, followed by another in which he also donned a sweater.
“Shoes and underpants!” she continued.
“That’s a little more demure,” Consuelos teased with respect to the latter picture.
Ripa replied, “Very demure, very mindful.”
She also revealed her phone’s screensaver, which she claimed “wasn’t approved.”
“But I think this unauthorized photo needs to be seen,” she added, revealing a picture of Consuelos with only a sweater tied around his waist and crotch.
Ripa continued boasting on behalf of Consuelos, and shared that they are unveiling a billboard in New York City with Consuelos’ campaign, which they showed some footage of on Friday’s episode.
“You can see him now on the corner of 54th Street and Broadway, which is practically where I met him!” she exclaimed. “30 years ago!”
Consuelos teased that he has “had a good month,” and thanked those involved with the shoot. He recalled there being “racks of beautiful clothes” at the shoot, to which Ripa teased, “None of which you wore.”
“After I was done with the photoshoot, they say, ‘Hey, you can keep whatever clothes you wore.’ I go, ‘I wore nothing,’” he quipped.
Fortunately, Consuelos got to keep his boots, which he showed off on Friday. He also said that Ripa was the one to convince him to do the photoshoot, as Stuart Weitzman is “a great brand.”
Ripa teased, “I had no idea it would be your first ever nude photo shoot!”
Later on, Consuelos insisted that he needs to take their children to the billboard “for bragging rights,” which Ripa supported.
“I need you to photograph the kids in front of the billboard,” she said. “Because that would be great, and also, I believe, partially embarrassing! So I want to see that unfold.”
