Elena “Ellie” Dubaich Shares a Career “First”: Details on the “Tremendous” Update
The Below Deck Mediterranean Season 9 yachtie is making moves in her post-charter season career.
Elena “Ellie” Dubaich has been doing more than pursuing a career in yachting since the Below Deck Mediterranean Season 9 finale aired in September. The steward left Mustique with a smile on her face and a goal in mind (more on that down below) — but now she’s pursuing a career in modeling and content creation.
Ellie took to her Instagram feed on Tuesday, October 29, where she revealed that she will be releasing a calendar for the new year, filled with photos of herself. She gave a sneak peek at the photos included in the calendar, which include her posing in a sports car and showing off her fierce cheekbones.
“My first calendar ever is ready and coming out for pre-sale this week,” she wrote in the caption of the post, also alluding to the fact that she had some “obstacles” to overcome to get the shoot done. But, despite the struggles, Ellie was able to successfully complete the task and her followers will be able to order it in due time.
Ellie Dubaich says “exciting things” are coming
Ellie had previously teased career news in an Instagram post on October 16. In the video, Ellie can be seen modeling a bikini, and in the caption she hinted at all of the big things to come.
“So many exciting things are unfolding and we’re taking it to the next level,” she wrote in the caption of the post. “We’ll be making content for IG and YouTube and I can’t wait to get it all going. The next 6 months will bring tremendous growth.”
What has Ellie Dubaich been up to since Below Deck Mediterranean Season 9?
In addition to doing some modeling and content creation, Ellie, who is currently based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is planning on continuing to pursue a career working on yachts. She has continued to perfect her skills in order to be the best stew that she can be.
“I’ve spent the past year freelancing on a variety of vessels in service and I’ve worked as a solo stew,” she told The Daily Dish in September. “I’ve taken courses on bartending, purchased liquor to practice, done a Chief Stew course, and a Yacht Purser course. I feel much more confident in my skills and I’m looking forward to always learning and growing further in my career.”
Ellie showed off her fully stocked liquor cabinet at her home in an Instagram Story on October 8. “When I got back from filming Season 9…” she wrote over the top of her video, showing off the collection. “There is the top, there is over-the-top, and then there’s this,” she joked.
Whether she’s modeling or perfecting her bartending skills, Ellie is definitely looking to the future.
