General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) is feeling pretty hopeless now that she’s confessed the truth about Sasha Gilmore Corbin’s (Sofia Mattsson) paternity.
Sasha recently declared that Holly was dead to her, which seemed like a hint about what’s to come.
Of course, it’s tough to believe GH would have another major character face a fatal outcome so soon after Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) demise.
However, it’s certainly possible that Holly will face a near-death experience – ultimately leaving Sasha to regret the harsh words she said in anger.
Holly made the score of a lifetime when she stole those diamonds from Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), but he’s on his way to Port Charles and wants them back.
Since Holly already made a deal with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) for those diamonds, she presumably won’t be able to produce them.
Even if Holly manages to get the diamonds back from Sonny and hand them over to Sidwell, does anyone really believe he’ll just let bygones be bygones?
We’re talking about a villain who’s already proven he’s quite cavaliere when it comes to the value of human lives – not to mention Holly is the former flame who scammed him.
Sidwell is going to crave revenge, so this could lead to her almost facing a grim fate.
With Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) set to emerge from her coma soon, perhaps it’ll be time for another coma patient to take her place. Will Holly end up comatose next?
It’s easy to imagine Holly falling into a coma after a nearly fatal faceoff with Sidwell. If it happens saving Sasha’s life, that’ll be even better.
Regardless, we can certainly envision a tearful Sasha sitting by Holly’s bedside apologizing for what she said before.
Sasha may push Holly to live and confess she still wants a relationship with her deep down.
This could also give Sasha and Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) a chance to form a real father-daughter bond as they worry together.
Part of Robert will always love Holly, so he’ll definitely be concerned if she’s seriously injured.
If Holly does land in a coma, she could eventually wake up to some very different attitudes from Robert and Sasha.
That said, it’s possible Holly could get trapped in a lengthy coma like Lulu since Holly’s latest stint is temporary.
Holly might be sent to a long-term care facility while Sasha and Robert are stuck waiting for a miracle – at least until Holly’s next stint!
Then again, Holly could awaken and be sent off-screen for special treatment somewhere.
There could still be a thaw between Holly and Sasha as well as Robert before she goes.
Whatever the case, our predictions point to Holly’s past with Sidwell coming back to haunt her in a big way, so we’ll bring you updates on all the alarming news ahead.
