There’s no question about it. Kate Chastain has earned the title of supermom.

Since welcoming her son, Sullivan Cay, in 2023, the Below Deck alum has successfully juggled her busy home life and work responsibilities. Fans got another peek at Kate’s hectic schedule in a March 13 Instagram post highlighting her roles as a single mom and media figure.
“These are the days,” she captioned the carousel.

The Instagram included behind-the-scenes photos from Bravo Bravo F’ing Bravo with Kate Chastain, her monthly talk show series in which she chops it up with Bravolebs and high-profile fans. One picture captured Kate preparing to take the stage and another showed her posing alongside Episode 4 guests The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Cynthia Bailey, The Real Housewives of Miami’s Marysol Patton, and Hot Mic Podcast host Alex Baskin.
The last two videos focused on Kate’s 1-year-old boy, Sullivan, and his life at their new home. The penultimate clip showed the toddler sitting near the backyard fountain as he placed rocks inside a wooden container. Kate concluded the carousel with the sweetest video of Sullivan running around the property’s outdoor space.

Kate purchased her Florida “dream home” in early 2025 and gave BravoTV.com an exclusive inside look. The former chief stew said she was drawn to the house for a couple of reasons: 1) its proximity to her friends and relatives (aka “built-in babysitters”), and 2) its old-school character.
“I think what makes this house special is I’m not a person who likes modern interior design,” she said about the abode. “Like [Below Deck alum] Ben Robinson, for example, loves modern. I feel like it’s cold and too perfect. I like something with a little personality, a little imperfections. [It] makes it interesting and beautiful. I’m just really happy.”
Kate said the previous owners did amazing renovations before moving out of the house, which effectively made it turnkey-ready; however, she said she wanted to make a few changes to the outdoor area.
“It’s got landscaping with the vines and you can’t buy that, so I’m just in love with it,” she said. “But there is a section where I’m thinking I would like to put in a plunge pool, because in Florida, especially, it’s very hot. And my dream home, it was always going to have a pool.”

Kate also revealed her plans for Sullivan’s bedroom, saying she envisioned something “charming” and “traditional,” like “red and blue stripes.”
“Especially now that Sullivan’s getting older, I’m really excited to do a little height chart on his door frame,” she said. “Cause I know we’re gonna be here for that many years to chart his growth, so that’s just really exciting and moving is exhausting so I’m happy to not be doing that for a long time.”
